By fostering a community of collaboration – where each user is both a contributor and a teammate – Pass to Win aimed to track and reward good deeds with points. The top contributors would earn exclusive rewards, including meet‑and‑greets with famous football players and managers and other special privileges. The philosophy was simple: win by lifting others – because when the team wins, you win.
The project was in a concept development phase, where we worked on defining an MVP.

The Challenge
The main challenge for Pass to Win was translating a philosophy of collective success into a clear and engaging digital experience. The platform needed to make acts of support visible, meaningful, and rewarding for users from diverse backgrounds.
02
The Opportunity
The opportunity was to create a platform where helping others became the central form of engagement. This approach could build a unique community culture where success is measured not only by individual achievement but by the impact you have on others.

The Process
The work began in the concept phase, where the vision for Pass to Win needed structure and clarity. We started with in‑depth market research, analysing existing community‑based platforms to identify what made them engaging and where there was space for innovation. This helped shape the foundation of the platform’s concept and informed early strategic decisions.
From there, we developed wireframes and site structures to explore how the platform could transform individual actions into shared rewards. These early frameworks mapped the user journey – from signing up, contributing, earning points, to receiving rewards – ensuring the core philosophy of the platform was embedded in the experience.
Parallel to structuring the experience, we worked on designing initial user interface concepts. This involved translating abstract ideas into visual form while keeping the design intuitive and inclusive. The aim was to create a style that reflected the values of collaboration, positivity, and mutual success.
Close collaboration with stakeholders was a critical part of the process. Through workshops and iterative reviews, we refined both the concept and the visual direction. This collaboration ensured the design work remained aligned with the project’s vision and ready to be carried forward into an MVP stage.
The result of this process was a conceptual foundation for Pass to Win – a thoughtful framework that combined community building, gamification, and coaching philosophy into a coherent and inspiring vision.
